Your points are already adding up in the background: every clean, every payment that goes through and every extra service you book. Soon you'll be able to swap them for money off and free cleans. Nothing for you to do, we'll let you know the moment it's live.

Two steps, so you always know where you stand: you unlock a reward once you've earned that many points in total, then you spend the points to claim it. Unlocking is permanent, so once a reward is open you can have it again and again, as often as you can save the points back up.

You can pause your cleans for up to five months and start again whenever you want.
Nothing is charged while you are paused, your points stay exactly where they are, and
you can still spend them.
One thing to know first. Pausing stops your loyalty time and
starts it again from zero on the day you come back. The six month and twelve month
loyalty rewards are earned on time spent with us, so pausing means starting that count
again. Everything you have already earned is yours and stays on your account.
