Diagnostic fee, paid upfront. It covers booking your item in, inspecting it and diagnosing the fault. It does not include the cost of any parts or repair labour.

Larger or particularly complex items may need a £50 diagnostic fee. We will always agree this with you first.
No repair work is carried out until you have approved the estimate. You get a full breakdown of parts and labour to approve or decline.
Current waiting time: a minimum of three weeks before an item can be inspected.
