The work speaks first
Every piece below went home on a real customer. Full backs, sleeves, portraits and one-off ideas nobody else would take on.
Six artists, one family
Each one specialises in something different, so your idea lands with the right pair of hands. And Joci, the studio manager, keeps the whole thing running.
John Lewis
Owner. Black & grey realism, freehand, and anything weird.
Phil Beaman
Hyper-realism. Portraits, landscapes and animal work.
Hollie Grace
Ornamental, bold black work, soft realism and florals.
George Geary
Warlocks to butterflies. A style all his own.
Rory Hickford
Japanese and generally cool colour pieces.
May Goodwin
Apprentice. Colour realism and crosshatch.
Booking is three steps
Send your idea
Tell us the idea, rough size and where on the body. References help. We will match you with the right artist and talk it through.
A deposit locks your date
No deposit, no booking. It is not extra money: every penny comes off the price on the day.
Sit back. We look after you
Breaks whenever you need them. On a full-day sitting, lunch is on us: Joci takes orders around one.
Word gets around

"The whole workshop is very clean and tidy, the artists are extremely friendly and helpful. They even buy you lunch if you're in for a proper session."
"Quality work done by professionals in a fun and friendly atmosphere."
"Great conversation and all round a great experience."
