How long will it take?
It depends on what is in front of you in the queue and what your
instrument needs. I will tell you when you ring. The workshop is open three days a
week, so plan around Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Do I need an appointment?
Ring first. It is one pair of hands and three open days, so a
call saves you a wasted journey.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Always. I evaluate all the work to be carried out before
beginning, with your budget in mind, and if a fret dress is going to add to a setup
you will be told beforehand.
Do you work on acoustics?
Yes. Setups, bracing, cracks and structural repairs, nut and
saddle work, and refinishing.
