Who these are for

You do not have to be a touring rock legend.

Beginners, semi pros and session musicians all come to my workshop with visions of their dream guitar or bass, and I make it a reality. I specialise in guitars modelled on the great Fender classics. Telecasters and Stratocasters are a joy to make. I can go as bespoke as you want. You have got the idea, I have got the skill and the tools to make it.

Popular Seasoned styles include the Rory Gallagher look, and for that Telecaster from the sixties that never saw the light of day, I can add the Closet Classic look.

Personal guitar, personal touch

Your name is on it too.

Each guitar or bass comes with a specially engraved back plate displaying your name and the instrument’s serial number. On a Showroom build, the certificate of authenticity adds to the uniqueness of your custom built instrument.

How a build happens

Four conversations and a lot of hours.

There is no configurator here, and there is not going to be one. You ring me, we talk about what you actually play, and I tell you honestly what will and will not work.

You ring

Tell me the sound in your head, the neck you get on with, and the budget you have.

We spec it

Body wood, neck profile, colour, pickups, hardware. I will tell you where the money is best spent.

03

I build it

At my bench, by hand, and you hear from me as it goes.

04

You play it

Set up to your spec before it leaves, with your name on the back plate and mine on the headstock.
