Collect it, or we bring it
Four routes out of this building, and which one you get depends on where you are. Most jobs here are completed same or next day, and we confirm your turnaround once the order is placed., confirmed once the order is placed.
- 1Collection, no extra charge. Once we have let you know the order is finished, come to the premises on Hadley Park East and pick it up. Ring first if you are setting off from a distance and we will have it on the counter.
- 2Local delivery, free. We deliver to any client within a ten mile radius at no additional fee once the order is complete. If you are not sure whether you fall inside it, ask and we will tell you.
- 3UK courier, next day. Everywhere else in the UK goes by G-Force Express on a next day, best endeavour agreement. Timed weekday and Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra cost, so ask when you order.
- 4International, on request. Also through G-Force Express. Timeframes and prices depend on where it is going, so contact us before ordering and we will make sure it can be done in time.
Delivery timeframes are given on a best endeavour basis and are not guaranteed until we confirm them.

Turning up, artwork, and where the paper comes from
Can I just turn up?
For collection, wait until we have let you know the order is finished, then come whenever suits you. If you want to talk a job through in person, ring 01952 670211 first so we can make sure the right person is free rather than have you stand at the counter.
What do you need from me to give a price?
What we are printing, how many, what size, and when you need it. If you do not know one of those yet, say so and we will price a couple of sensible options instead of guessing.
How should I supply artwork?
Print ready wherever possible, which means high resolution (300dpi is the recommendation), with bleed and crop marks. Send it to studio@telfordrepro.co.uk and we will check it before anything goes near the press. If something is not right, we will tell you what needs changing rather than print it wrong.

It is not on your website. Can you still do it?
Almost certainly. We are used to being asked for all sorts of weird and wonderful things, and just because you cannot see it on the site does not mean we cannot do it. Ring and describe it.
Is my work kept confidential?
Yes. Whether you need plain packaging sent direct to your own client, or personal data handled for a mailing, we take the privacy of our customers seriously and will work around whatever you need.
Where does your paper come from?
All of our paper is sourced from certified sustainable forestry, and we endeavour to use only suppliers who hold FSC or PEFC Chain of Custody Certification. Emissions from the manufacturing of our paper and boards are offset through our partnership with Forest Carbon and Antalis.
Our packaging is either recyclable or can be returned to us for repeat use, and plastic toner bottles go back to the supplier.
Do you do wedding stationery?
We do, under our own separate brand. Elegant Wedding Stationery has a site of its own, so the wedding work lives over there. Ring us on this number if you would rather just talk it through.
