If you are arranging a funeral, we can print the order of service for you. Short notice is normal here, and a phone call is usually the easiest way to start.
We are a family run print and design company on Hadley Park East in Telford, and we have been printing here since 1994. Runs start at a single copy, so a small number is no trouble, and there is no form you have to fill in before you speak to anybody.

If you do not know what weight of paper you want, that is a perfectly normal answer. Not sure is an option on our own form for exactly that reason. Tell us roughly what you have in mind and we will suggest something.
Bring us the wording, or a print ready PDF
If you would like us to design it
Our designers work here in the building, in Adobe Creative Suite. They will lay out the wording, place the photographs and send you a proof to check. Clear text and carefully reproduced images are what we are aiming for.
If the artwork already exists
Send us a print ready PDF. Print ready means CMYK at 300dpi, with 3mm bleed on all edges and crop marks. Simple fixes we will do for you. If something needs more work than that, we will tell you what it is and quote it before we touch it.
If someone else is preparing the artwork on your behalf, they are welcome to deal with us directly.
Every order of service is printed and finished in this building. Nothing is passed to another company, so the person who answers the phone can tell you what is possible, and if something needs changing at the last minute there is somebody here to change it.
Nothing prints until you say so
- 1Tell us what you need, by phone, by email, or through the form. Nothing is committed at this stage.
- 2If you would like us to design it, we start with a conversation with one of our designers so we understand what you want.
- 3We send you a proof to check over. Read it carefully, and tell the designer about anything you want changed. An amended proof is sent back to you.
- 4We print once you have confirmed your approval in writing.
- 5Collect from us on Hadley Park East, or we bring them to you.
We do not publish a price for these, because the size, the number of pages and how many you need all change it. Tell us those three things and we will give you a figure, with no obligation to go ahead.
If the funeral is this week
How quickly can you do it?
Most jobs are completed same or next day, and we confirm the timing with you once the order is placed. Digital print needs no drying time, so we can work quickly when we have to, within the hour if it comes to that.

How many should I order?
There is no minimum, so order the number you actually need rather than a round figure. If you decide afterwards that you want more, ring us.
Photographs
Photographs can go on the cover and inside. The clearer the file you can give us, the better it will print. Send us what you have and we will tell you honestly how it will come out before anything is printed.
Proofs and approval
You will see a proof before anything is printed, and we need your approval in writing before we go to press. If you want a change, tell the designer and an amended proof is supplied.
A hard copy proof, printed and posted out to you, carries a printing and posting charge.
Collection, or we bring them to you
- Collect from Units D1-D3, Access 442, Hadley Park East, once we have told you the job is finished. No charge.
- Free delivery within a 10 mile radius of Telford, once the order is complete.
- Anywhere else in the UK by courier, next day on a best endeavour basis.
Why there is no price on this page
We price each order of service by the job. The size, the page count and the quantity are what move it. Prices are quoted before VAT, which is added at the current rate.
