Statics, verandas and the steps everyone forgets.

A holiday home sits in the same spot for years, so everything that lands on it stays. The cladding goes dull, the decking goes green, and the steps go slippery.

  • Own water and power on board, no tap or socket needed
  • Roof included in every touring and motorhome clean
  • He travels to you, home, driveway or storage site
  • Card payments accepted, and he works all year round

It is not just the van.

On a static, the parts you actually touch are the parts that go worst. Decking, steps and handrails take the weather and the footfall.

Composite boards hold algae in the grain until they are properly green and genuinely slippery underfoot. Steps and railings go the same way, and the cladding quietly dulls down until you have stopped noticing.

Brian cleans the sides, the windows, the doors and the surrounds, then the veranda, the steps and the rails.

The standard static price does not include the roof. Ask Brian for a roof price and he will look at it when he is there.

Twelve at a time, if that is what the park needs.

Brian works on parks as well as for private owners. In June he spent several days at Tanyfron Camping Park near Dolgellau doing twelve statics on site.

Horse boxes.

Cleaned to exactly the same standard as everything else Brian touches.

They are the one thing on his list without a published price, and that is deliberate. A two horse trailer and a 7.5 tonne box with living quarters are not the same job, and pretending otherwise on a price card would only mislead you.

Send a photo with a rough idea of size and where it lives, and he will come back with a proper number.
