What we are actually like

Bathrooms are a peculiar thing to buy. It is a lot of money, it happens inside your house, and for a week or so you are living around it. Most of what makes it a good experience has nothing to do with tiles.

So: one team does the whole job, so you are not project managing three trades. The price is fixed before we start and written down in full. If we open a wall and find a problem, you see it before we price it. The room gets swept at the end of every day, and the rubbish leaves with us.

And then we leave, which is the part nobody puts on a website. If something we fitted is not right six months later, you ring the same number you rang the first time and you get the same people, not a call centre and not a ticket. Every trade in that room was ours, so there is nobody to pass you on to and nothing to argue about between trades. Ask us at the survey what we stand behind and for how long, and it goes on the quote in writing.
