We supply and fit the whole room, or fit a suite you have already bought. Either way one team does the lot, from stripping out to the last bead of silicone.

From first phone call to first bath
1. A look at the room
Free, no obligation, and usually half an hour. We measure up, talk through what you want, and tell you honestly what is and is not worth doing.
2. A fixed written price
Itemised, so you can see what the suite costs and what the labour costs. No hidden charges, which is the promise they have always made and we are just writing down.
3. The work
Most bathrooms take five to ten working days. Same team throughout. Dust sheets down, and the room swept at the end of every day.
4. Handover
We walk you round it, show you the isolation valves, take the rubbish, and leave you the paperwork.

The things people actually ask
How long will I be without a bathroom?
Most full refits take five to ten working days depending on size and how much is moving. If it is your only bathroom we will tell you at the survey exactly which days the toilet is out of action, so you can plan around it.
Do I buy the suite, or do you?
Either. We supply and fit the whole room, or we fit a suite you have already bought. Plenty of our customers have picked their own. If you want us to supply it you get trade prices on the suite.
What if something nasty is behind the wall?
It happens, usually old pipework or a floor that has been patched. We stop, show you, and price the extra before we carry on. You will never get an invoice with a surprise on it.
How much mess is there?
Stripping out is dusty, there is no way round it. We sheet the route in and out, and the room gets swept at the end of every day. The waste goes with us, it does not sit in your drive for a fortnight.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fully insured and certified installers. We will show you the certificate at the survey without being asked.
When could you actually start?
Ring us and we will tell you the next slot we genuinely have, not a number off a web page. It moves week to week. What we can say is that the survey is usually within a few days of you asking, it is free, and nothing is held or owed until you say yes. If you are working to a date, a hospital discharge or a house move, say so on the phone and we will tell you straight away whether we can hit it.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The survey and the written quote are free with no obligation, and we do not use a salesperson.
