Is £149 a month worth it?
Do the sum for your own trade. If a single extra job a month is worth more than £149 to you, the site pays for itself and everything after that is profit. A developer charges £40 to £75 an hour for one-off changes, so a couple of small tweaks a month covers the plan on their own, and you get hosting, security, SEO, speed and out-of-hours cover for nothing on top. And unlike every other option in that table, you see the finished site free before a penny moves.
After month three, it is your call
The finished website is yours to keep, on your own domain, files and all. What you do next is up to you. You can stay on the £149 a month and never think about it again: I host it, keep it fast and found on Google, and change it the moment your business changes. Or you can take the files and host it yourself. A website that gets built once and left alone quietly rots, so most people stay on the plan, but it is genuinely your choice, and either way the site is yours.
The one thing worth being straight about: hosting is part of the plan, so if you stop, the live site comes down and you move it to a host of your own. You are never losing the site itself.

Yes, three months. That is three payments of £149, £447 in total, and everything is included from day one: the build, hosting, unlimited changes, SEO and support. You still see your free demo first and pay nothing until you have. After the third payment it rolls month to month and you can cancel any time.

Why £149 a month?
A freelancer charges £900 to £3,000 up front. An agency charges £2,500 to £5,000. This is everything, spread out, with a person on call: hosting, domain and SSL, unlimited changes usually same day, SEO and AI-search upkeep, speed kept high, priority WhatsApp support. A couple of same-day changes a month already covers it.
What does the £149 a month include?

Do I own the website?
Yes, fully. Once the three month minimum is done the site is 100% yours: every file, the design, the words, the images, your domain. That stands whether you stay on the plan or not, and any developer could pick it up after me.
What happens if I cancel?
After the three month minimum, cancel in Stripe’s own portal at elev8depictions.com/care-plan/manage and the plan stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. Inside the minimum term that portal will not end it early, so email me instead and I will sort it, though the rest of the three months is still payable. Either way the website is yours to keep, files and all. Hosting is part of the plan, so the live site comes down and you move it to a host of your own, but you are never losing the site itself. No exit fees, no hostage situations.
Do you have to pay monthly for a website?
Not forever. The three month minimum is the commitment, £447 in total, and after that the website is yours to keep on your own domain, files and all.
