Websites for tradesmen.
Web design for tradesmen
I build fast, no-nonsense websites for builders, roofers, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, cleaners and other trades across Telford, Shropshire and the UK, built to turn searches into booked jobs. Free working demo before you pay a penny, then £149 a month, three month minimum, with an optional £149 a month to have it looked after.
Built around how trades actually get hired
When something breaks or a job needs doing, most people reach for their phone, tap a quick search, and call whoever looks trustworthy and shows real work. They aren't reading every word. They're scanning for a firm that looks like it does a proper job and is easy to get hold of.
Kort truly transformed my online presence and made it something I'm proud to share
So your site has a short window to do a few things well. It has to load fast on a phone with a patchy signal, show proof of the jobs you've actually done, carry the reviews that back you up, and make calling or messaging you one tap away. Get that right and the search turns into a phone ringing. Get it wrong and they scroll to the next name on the list.
What a tradesman's website needs to do
A trade site earns its keep by doing the practical things properly, not by looking clever. In my experience the ones that win work all share the same handful of parts:
Aqua Glaze, Telford
One tick now plans the route, texts the customer, records the clean and collects the money.
- Whole-site redesign on his own domain
- Multi-service instant quote calculator
- Private round manager he runs the business on
A gallery of real completed jobs, so a stranger can see the standard of your work before they ring. A clear list of your services and the areas you cover, so nobody has to guess whether you'll come out to them. Your reviews and any accreditations shown plainly, whether that's Gas Safe, NICEIC, a trade body, or your public liability insurance. Click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons that work from a phone in one tap. And a simple quote request form for the people who'd rather type than call.
None of that is flashy. It's just the stuff that makes a busy person pick you, and it's what I build every trade site around.

A real trade site I've built
I redesigned the website for Aqua Glaze Exterior Cleaning, a Telford exterior and window cleaning firm run by Liam. That build included a custom instant-quote calculator so customers can price a job on the spot, and the site now looks far more professional and works properly on mobile than it did before. Have a look at it live to see the standard I build to.
Want the fuller picture first? Have a look at all services, or browse the work to see the standard I build to.
Built for businesses like yours.
Every one of these started as a free demo on a real link, built before anybody paid anything.
What you get
The five things every build gets, and the five things people expect to be charged extra for and are not.
- Art-directed around your trade, not a swapped-out template
- Mobile-first, tested at a true 390px phone width where nearly every customer will find you
- Technical SEO built in, so you show up when someone nearby searches for your trade
- Google Business Profile help so you earn your place in the local map pack
- The files are 100% yours to keep after the three month minimum, never a rented template
Not an extra
- Hosting
- Security and certificates
- Unlimited changes while you are on the plan
- Technical SEO and speed work
- Out of hours cover if it goes down
All of it inside the £149 a month, three month minimum, £447 in total.
Three ways to get a website.
I have left everyone else's prices out, because I do not know what they would quote you. What is in the table is what is structurally true of each route, whoever you buy it from.

Got a tired or slow site already? I rebuild it faster and sharper on your existing domain, so the Google ranking you've earned for your trade comes with you.

Sell parts, materials or merch alongside your trade. A store that feels like your brand, with product pages built to convert, on Shopify or fully custom-built.
Ecommerce web designPubs, restaurants & stays
Not a trade, but if you also run or supply hospitality, I build cinematic sites with direct table and room bookings that beat the OTA commissions.
Hospitality web designTrade questions, answered.
Do you build websites for tradesmen?
Yes, that's a big part of what I do. Builders, roofers, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, cleaners and other trades across Telford, Shropshire and the UK. I build fast, plain, no-nonsense sites that show your work and make it easy for someone to call or message you.
Can you show my past jobs and reviews?
Absolutely, and I'd want to. A gallery of your real completed jobs and your genuine reviews are the two things that win trust fastest. I'll set both up properly, along with any accreditations you hold, like Gas Safe, NICEIC or your insurance details.
How much does it cost?
There's no big lump sum. I build a working demo of your site first, for free, so you only pay once you've seen it and love it. Then it is £149 a month with a three month minimum, £447 in total, and the website is yours, finished and on your own domain. After that it's your choice: £149 a month for me to host it and look after everything (hosting, security, unlimited changes, SEO and speed), or host it yourself. Three month minimum, then it is entirely your call.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. If you'd rather have it all handled from day one, it's simply £149 a month straight up and we get going: the build, hosting, unlimited changes, SEO and support are all included. You still see your free demo first, and you can cancel any time after the first three months.
Will customers near me find me on Google?
That's the aim. Every site includes technical SEO, and I'll help set up your Google Business Profile and reviews, which is what feeds the local map pack when someone nearby searches for your trade. I'll always be honest that local ranking builds over weeks, it isn't an overnight switch.
Want to see your trade site, free?
Tell me a bit about your trade and I'll build you a real, working demo before you pay anything. Then you decide.
