Hospitality web design · Telford & Shropshire

Websites for pubs, restaurants and places to stay.

Your venue already sells atmosphere in the flesh. Your website should do the same, and then let people book without handing a cut to Booking.com or a third-party table app. I build cinematic hospitality sites with direct table and room bookings, so you keep the commission and the customer. See yours built free before you pay a penny.

Stop paying the OTAs 15% of every booking

Booking.com, the OTAs and third-party table apps sit between you and your own guests, and they take a cut of every cover and every room night for the privilege. On rooms that commission is routinely 15% or more, night after night, forever. A website that takes bookings directly keeps that money in your till and, just as important, keeps the customer's details so you can bring them back yourself instead of renting them from a platform.

The maths is blunt. If an OTA skims fifteen percent of your room revenue, a site that shifts even a portion of those bookings direct pays for itself in a matter of weeks, then keeps paying you every month after.

A booking button that actually gets used

Most venue websites hide booking behind a phone number or a clunky form nobody trusts. I build direct table and room booking straight into a site people believe in, so the guest reserves in a few taps and never leaves your world. It can sit alongside the systems you already run or replace them, whichever is least disruptive.

I work with what you already use rather than forcing a rip-and-replace. If your rooms live in Eviivo, for example, I integrate with it so your calendar stays in one place and nothing double-books. The point is a booking flow guests will actually complete, not another dashboard for you to babysit.

Cinematic, because the room has to sell itself

Hospitality is sold on atmosphere. The warmth of the bar, the light through the window, the plate coming to the table. A dated site strips all of that out and leaves a menu PDF. I build sites with big photography, generous space and a feel that lands like walking in, so a stranger scrolling on their phone can already picture themselves there. Every one is art-directed from scratch for that venue, never a reskin of the last one.

Who I build for

  • Country pubs and inns
  • Restaurants and gastropubs
  • Cafes and coffee shops
  • B&Bs and guest houses
  • Small hotels
  • Wedding and events venues

A few of the hospitality sites I've built: The Water Rat, a riverside pub with unified table and room booking, Ye Olde Robin Hood Inn, Buckatree Hall country hotel and Grove House guest house. You can also browse the full wall of builds.

Not strictly hospitality? I also do website redesigns, small business websites and ecommerce web design on the same free-first terms.

Fair questions

Hospitality questions, answered.

Will the booking system replace what I use now?

It can sit alongside what you have or replace it, whichever is least disruptive. We work out the least painful path together, and I can integrate with the tools you already run, for example Eviivo for rooms, so you're not forced into a rip-and-replace.

Do you take any commission on my bookings?

No. Every direct booking through your site is yours, in full. You keep the money the OTAs and third-party apps would have taken, and you keep the customer relationship too.

Can you make table and room bookings work on one site?

Yes. I build a unified booking flow so a guest can reserve a table or a room from one place without being bounced between systems. The Water Rat in Ironbridge is a live example, one site handling both Dine and Stay.

I run a B&B, is that still your thing?

Yes. B&Bs, guest houses and small hotels are a core part of the work, alongside pubs and restaurants. The direct-booking approach matters most exactly where OTA commission on rooms bites hardest.

Zero pressure

Want direct bookings that beat the OTAs?

Send me a link to your venue. I'll show you honestly how a cinematic site with direct booking could work for you, and then build it for free to prove it.
