A snapshot, not a live mirror. Every figure on this page was measured on 29 July 2026, on the site as it was built. These are working businesses and their websites keep being developed, so the live version may look or behave differently by the time you read this.

Response times measured over eight cold loads from a real browser. Layout and accessibility checked at a true 390 pixel phone width. These figures are not re-measured automatically.

The problem.

Rubbish removal is priced on two things: how much there is, and how far you have to go. A generic contact form captures neither, so every lead needs a phone call before it can be quoted at all.

What was built.

A five-service estimate tool

Prices the job type and volume immediately.

Travel priced automatically

The customer's postcode is resolved to a real location and the travel element is added without anyone working it out.

A coverage check on the conversion step

Out-of-area enquiries are identified before they become a wasted phone call.

WhatsApp handoff with the quote attached

The lead arrives ready to book.

The parts you do not see.

The engineering that decides whether a system like this is trustworthy.

  • Postcode lookup uses a free, keyless official source, so there is no API bill and no key to leak.
  • Maps are embedded without a paid key, avoiding the usual per-load mapping cost.
What the owner logs into: None by design. Leads arrive by WhatsApp and email.. Screens from the admin side are not shown here, because they contain real customer information. Ask and I will walk you through a working version with the data replaced.

All of this sits inside the plan.

The site is built free first. You see it working before you pay a penny. Then it is £149 a month, three month minimum, £447 in total, and after that the website is yours to keep. Ongoing work like the systems above is part of the monthly plan, not a separate invoice.
